Pavilion Hire

Pinkneys Green Cricket Club is very pleased to be able to offer our pavilion for hire sports and social events. All types of parties and events can be accommodated in a pleasant venue very different in ambiance and prices from hotels and with superior facilities to typical hire venues such as church halls.

Excellent facilities

The pavilion is just 2 years old and has up to date facilities including:

• audio visual facilities (data projector, surround sound, iPod compatible stereo PA system)
• licensed bar
• large kitchen (ideal if you wish to heat up your own food or prepare food during your hire)

We also have good facilities for sports with large changing rooms, showers and kit storage/lock-up areas. The cricket square and playing areas are available to use and are well maintained. There is ample space to accommodate other sports such as softball or It's a Knock Out. There is a pool table and darts board available and plenty of space for board games.

A flexible party venue

The pavilion is also ideally suited for parties and is equipped to handle all occasions; our sound system is user friendly and helps to create a no fuss party area. The Club can provide cold buffet catering or a Bar-b-que to suit all tastes and included in your hire fee will be bar staff. The Club has a bar license for functions up to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays as well as live and recorded music licenses and a film license, making it suitable for everything from a Race Night to a quiz night or an awards evening. There is ample parking close to the pavilion.

The pavilion is the focus of the club and has been planned and equipped for a range of events with chairs and tables for up to 60 people plus a large open plan area making the space flexible for all sorts of events.

All income from the hire of the pavilion goes to support the playing activities and continuing development of the Club.
